Time Limitations    

Refund requests at Lemon Play must be submitted within 7 (seven) days of the purchase date, with the total playtime not exceeding 2 (two) hours. Please be aware that certain items, such as consumables, virtual currency, and skins, cannot be refunded.  

Special Considerations  

In addition, no refunds will be issued for games or purchases if a user has been banned or violated our rules. Exploitation of the refund policy may jeopardize your eligibility for a refund. Items purchased based on personal preference or meeting computer usage requirements may only be returned if deemed of excellent quality during the refund consideration.

Pre-Orders  

Lemon Play rules allow pre-order cancellation before the release date for a full refund. Refund requests within seven days of purchase must be submitted 48 hours before the game's release or pre-downloading, provided you've played less than two hours.   

Price Adjustments   

Following the outlined guidelines allows for a full refund and repurchase at a reduced price without violating the Return Policy. Any misuse or exploitation of the Refund Policy may render you ineligible for a refund.
